Real ISP evidence service

Browser screenshot evidence from real ISP locations

IPTrack Evidence uses EyeballMonitor agents to capture browser screenshots from real ISP, mobile and international network locations.

EVIDENCE METHOD

Instead of only checking status codes, Evidence captures what a real browser sees from a real network point. Reports can include desktop, Android, tablet and iPhone views.

How it works

What Evidence Screenshots provide

Evidence is useful when a website works from one place but fails, blocks or renders incorrectly from another ISP or country.

Real ISP locations

Checks can be executed from mobile operators, ISP networks and international infrastructure points.

  • A1, Vivacom, Yettel and Starlink
  • Turkey, Italy, Singapore and Poland
  • Additional locations by plan or request

Real browser views

The system captures screenshots from browser profiles instead of only returning a technical HTTP result.

  • Desktop screenshot
  • Android screenshot
  • Tablet and iPhone views

Proof-oriented reports

Evidence reports help document access problems, ISP-specific outages, CDN/WAF issues and SLA disputes.

  • Timestamped result
  • Location and point context
  • Screenshot-based proof
Complete explanation

What IPTrack Evidence is and how it works

IPTrack Evidence is a browser based proof service that shows what a real browser sees from a real ISP, mobile operator or international network location. It is not only a status check. It produces visual technical evidence that can be used when a website appears to work from one place but fails, blocks, redirects or renders incorrectly from another network.

Technology by EyeballMonitor.com

The Evidence technology originates from EyeballMonitor.com, the first source and creator of the service. IPTrack provides this Evidence layer under exclusive commercial access rights from EyeballMonitor and acts as a primary reseller channel for customers who need the technology without entering a large corporate annual plan.

Real browser proof

Evidence checks open a real browser session and capture what is visible on screen. This helps document visual failures, blocked pages, wrong redirects, broken rendering, WAF pages, CDN errors and regional access differences.

Real ISP and mobile points

The service can use ISP, mobile and international points such as local operators, Starlink and selected foreign locations. This is important because many outages are visible only from specific networks or countries.

Evidence reports

Each result can include screenshot, timestamp, point/location context, browser profile and network information. This creates proof that is easier to understand than a raw log or a simple HTTP status code.

Uptime plus visual evidence

Normal uptime monitoring can say that a URL returned HTTP 200 from a monitoring server. Evidence shows what a user-like browser actually received from a concrete network perspective.

Useful for disputes

Evidence can help during SLA disputes, support cases, ISP routing problems, CDN or WAF incidents, geo blocking checks and client complaints where a screenshot is more convincing than a verbal explanation.

Enterprise technology for smaller clients

EyeballMonitor is positioned for corporate and enterprise customers. IPTrack makes selected Evidence capabilities available to smaller businesses, agencies and website owners through more accessible plans.

1
Target is selectedThe customer chooses the website or URL that must be verified from the Evidence network.
2
Network points run checksSelected EyeballMonitor points open the target from real ISP, mobile or international locations.
3
Browsers capture screenshotsDesktop, Android, tablet and iPhone style views can be captured to show what is actually visible.
4
Report becomes proofThe result is saved as a visual report that can be reviewed, shared internally or used as incident evidence.
Hosting and SaaS providersDocument that a service was reachable or unreachable from specific user networks.
Online stores and business websitesVerify customer complaints when users from a specific country or ISP cannot access the site.
Agencies and support teamsSend clients screenshot based proof instead of only saying that the site works on your side.
Security and infrastructure teamsInvestigate CDN, DNS, routing, WAF, regional blocking and bot protection side effects.
Important: IPTrack does not replace EyeballMonitor.com. EyeballMonitor remains the creator and primary source of the Evidence technology. IPTrack packages selected Evidence access for end customers and smaller businesses that need practical proof, but are not ready for large corporate annual contracts.

Evidence use cases

Why this is different from normal uptime checks

A normal uptime monitor can say that a website returned HTTP 200 from a data center. Evidence shows what a user-like browser actually saw from a specific ISP or country.

This makes the service suitable for visibility proof, technical disputes, regional blocking checks and incident documentation.
